A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Louisa Scarr is a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. Based in Alresford Hampshire.

She has experience of working in the NHS and with charities as well as working in a 12 Step treatment centre. She is a registered member of the BACP and NCPS and is guided by their framework.

Louisa has experience of using Person Centered, Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, EFT Therapy and Minnesota Models. She offers face to face and online Counselling on a short term or open ended basis. Empowering the client to express and process challenging situations, supporting clients within an individually tailored programme.

Louisa is committed to undertaking regular continuing professional development and having regular supervision to maintain an ethical practice.
